Construction Window Cleaning

So just what is Construction Clean? During the construction phase of a new building or remodel; windows get covered with paint, stucco, tape, plastic film and stickers. It’s not just the glass but the window frames and screens fall victim to this as well. Building contractors don’t always do the best job of protecting windows walls and flooring during this process; part of this is because there are so many different contractors coming in to work on the project.

The construction clean process is the single most important cleaning phase of the life of the window and unfortunately it’s usually contracted out to the lowest bidder.  Experience and knowledge are critical during this process to avoid damaging the glass. Depending on the severity of the debris; it usually takes 3 to 4 times longer to clean the windows.
